America is unprepared to build relations with Russia on an equal footing - that's how the Kremlin reacted to Washington's decision to call off Barack Obama's one-to-one talks with President Vladimir Putin. The US says it has little to discuss with Russia on such a high level after citing Moscow's granting asylum to NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden as one of the main reasons for abandoning the talks.
