Kokesh's team alleges that police also assaulted Kokesh by kicking him to the floor when he politely asked to use the bathroom. MyFoxDC.com reports that authorities blocked off roads near Kokesh's Herndon home and advised residents to stay indoors while a search warrant was being served. Kokesh drew national media attention after posting a Fourth of July video on YouTube, in which he is seen loading a shotgun in Freedom Plaza in Washington.
